The internet went into a meltdown this week following an image posted by Rockstar Games teasing a sequel to 2010’s Red Dead Redemption, and a trailer could be on the way.
That’s according to former Tech Radar employee Hugh Langley, who leaked a supposed image of the world map available for the sequel, who believes Rockstar could drop a trailer as soon as Thursday.
Obviously, we can back up Langley’s source, but his track record with leaks has been fruitful, so I would only take it with a smidge of salt.
Red Dead Redemption released in 2010 for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, becoming an instant hit leaving fans of the series itching for a sequel ever since.
With excitement hitting fever pitch, even other publishers are doctoring the teaser image with games from their own collection, including Square Enix with Final Fantasy 15.
We expect a reveal to come in the near future, so keep your ear to the ground for any developments.
