Xbox One Slim Leaked, 2TB Hard Drive, Supports 4K Video

Ahead of Microsoft’s E3 2016 press conference this week, images of the new Xbox One Slim(Xbox One S) console have leaked online, along with some impressive specifications.

According to the leak via Neogaf, the new model will be 40% smaller than the original Xbox One and have 2TB of memory storage. It will also support 4K Video and could see a release this coming August, way ahead of any speculated release window.

It’s also rumored that Microsoft is working on a more powerful Xbox One, codenamed “Scorpio”, that will release sometime in 2017. The tech-giants could make a double reveal at E3 this week and steal some of that hardware flame from Sony, who decided not to reveal they’re PlayStation 4K model at the event.

Microsoft’s press conference will kick off on June 13th at 9:30am PDT // 5:30pm BST. You can check out more details and a livestream for the show here.
