Almost a Year Later, A Handy Glitch Still Remains in Fallout 4

We’re still enjoying the post-apocalyptic wasteland of Fallout 4 and with the introduction of Survival mode, the baddies you meet on your travels are more dangerous than ever.

Depending on how you play the game, you might go in all guns blazing, or run the hills – we prefer the latter. However, sometimes you might find yourself in a situation were running and fighting are not options.

Enter this handy glitch that was present in Fallout 4 almost a year ago. Using a trash can and throwing your butt into a corner, you can levitate up any building and into safety from grounded threats.

Reddit user FrankieB86 shows the glitch in action:

So whenever you find yourself in a pickle and need to get out fast, just find the nearest trash can and corner and get out in a jiffy.

Bethesda recently released the Nuka-World DLC, the final piece of downloadable content for the title. You can check some of our guides for the expansion below.

It’s all you need….and far more convenient and practical than
this contextual glitch (what are the odds that you’re near a trashcan
AND/OR a building when in combat??). Plus, it allows you to see…and
    “fly”…anywhere on the map.
